The breakfast was satisfactory and the parking was on-site. The location was excellent and incredibly comfortable for traveling around Troyes, just off the town centre and sites and a lovely historic area of France. I ate in the pizza restaurant nearby.

We chose Mercure for our overnight stay during a road trip from the south of France to the north of the UK. The room was pristine, spacious, and perfect for our family. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the charming old town, filled with fantastic restaurants and bars. The secure underground parking provided peace of mind. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

There was only a duvet on the bed, and I was hot in the night, but needed a cover of some kind - a sheet would have been good

Very spacious rooms (including minibar, which is rare in this day and age), exceptionally helpful and friendly staff along with very secure, convenient parking.
The in-room toiletries are just a shade on the cheap side of economy range...
