fantastic central spot for exploring the charming old city

I absolutely loved staying here as it was just a short walk from must-see spots like the stunning Musee Saint-Loup and beautiful Eglise Saint-Nizier, making my weekend strolls around Troyes unforgettable with all its historic charm and great local dining options.

My morning coffee routine turned into a small hassle as service during breakfast was noticeably slow, causing a bit of frustration in what was otherwise a pleasant experience.

The breakfast setup was frustrating. the location made it feel cramped and disorganized. the air conditioning in the room was inadequate, which made sleeping uncomfortable on a warm night. To top it off, the parking situation could have been clearer, especially for those with larger vehicles. The lack of tea options at breakfast was a letdown, as well as the limited selection of items available.

i previously stayed in troyes and this mercure exceeded my expectations. the refurbished classic double room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, and the underground parking was super convenient. breakfast options were very good, ensuring a great start to the day.

some outlets in the room weren't functional.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious junior suite and the top-notch cleanliness throughout our stay. The breakfast was simply outstanding, with an amazing variety of options. the air conditioning was not adjustable, which made us a bit uncomfortable at times.
